No problem. The light rail stop is 2 blocks away and takes you to the Mall or the airport.

Okay, now I would like to add a few questions I have for all you conference speakers and participants:

1. How much of what you do for clients and businesses are you outsourcing?
2. What do you do when a client (business or individual) leaves your office or ends some kind of an initial conversation over the phone? In other words, do you leave them collateral, a business card or something more to ensure a good seed planted?
3. What may be the biggest trend not to ignore in the career area and how can I profit from it by being on the leading edge? Really I believe the whole conference may be about this but I am really interested in talking to folks about what they are doing that works, that's unique and that is of great benefit to their clients.

Thanks. I am getting excited.

Rob, This is all good stuff. I am excited about passive income streams via audio and also I want to hear what others are doing to automate some of their coaching through audio. I really want to put together an audio library then pick the books so to speak for what each individual client needs. I guess it's like prescribing pills. You don't need all of what's in the pharmacy for your illness but you do need x and x.

I wonder if anyone else has utilized audio and video this way, to really customize their coaching. Could someone comment?

Thanks. I hope to get into some of these discussions during the conference. Can't wait.

So other than what is planned does anyone know any must do places to go or restaurants around where we are staying? Also please contact me or post if there are groups within groups getting together. I must have missed some fun in Louisville when I only found out by cell or at the last minute some folks were doing something.

Glad to hear what you are up to, John. I will be posting additional video tips in the weeks leading up to the conference.

One thing I always recommend when getting started with this is to get very clear on what you want your audio to accomplish for you. Passive Revenue? How much? By when? Or maybe you want to give your audio products away for free to attract high rollers into your high end offerings.

The more specific you are, the higher your chances for success. We will actually walk through a 7-step process at the conference to nail this.

Start with your end game and your strategy. Then simply choose the best technique to accomplish that.

You can also read more tips on audio products, viral video marketing and passive revenue at my blog:

John, a couple of ideas come to mind...come in a spirit of participation to our program offering. While I feel very fortunate to be presenting before my colleagues from around the country / world, I am much more interested in what you have to say than what I have to. In short, bring your creative ideas, a sharing attitude, and a willingness to jump in and have some fun with two boomers and one millennial. Thank you for your comment and I look forward to seeing you very soon. BRS

Billie,

Do you feel there is anything that we could do other than building our own businesses to prepare for your Friday morning talk? One of the things I learned about going to a conference is that preparation for the event is like preparing for a key interview. This time I want to do everything I can to ensure I am prepared.
