- Every 8 seconds, someone turns 50.
- Retirement has tanked as Baby Boomers refuse to grow old and quit working.
- 70 percent of aging is optional; the rest is genetic.
- A great beginning to assisting Boomers with career management is to listen as they tell their stories.
