Nancy Branton is President of People Potential Group, Inc., providing career, leadership, and life coaching. She is Program Director of Leadership Coach Academy's Certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach program, and Instructor for Career Coach Academy's Certified Career Management Coach program. Her broad background stems from 30 years' experience in human resources management, career development, leadership development, and organizational development. She holds a master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and is passionate about assessments, having administered more than 100 different instruments.
